Blackberry is not going anywhere. One of the most popular smartphone company, Blackberry has been struggling during the past decade. At the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Spain, their new smartphone Blackberry KeyOne was unveiled. After when they previewed the design of Blackberry KeyOne in January at CES.
This handset is manufactured by TCL, while the Blackberry provided the software. This android phone will run Nougat 7.1.
Features & Specs
The Blackberry KeyOne is a full-fledged user convenient mobile. The hardware hasn’t changed since the phone first broke cover at CES, we know what makes it tick. The Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon 625 chipsets, with an Adreno 5066 GPU. Blackberry KeyOne will have 3GB RAM and 32GB of built-in memory. It also supports external memory source (micro SD card) up to 2TB. That is awesome to hear. Blackberry Mobile says it chose the processor very specifically to work in full safety with 3505mAh battery to deliver battery life up to work for full days. The screen size up front is that 4.5 inches display running at a slightly odd 3:2 aspect ratio. The resolution of this device is 1,620 x 1,080 pixels.
The Blackberyy Keyone features a 12 MP Sony IMX 378 sensor on the back. This is the same camera sensor used in the Google Pixel phones which were praised for their stellar quality.
On the front, there is an Blackberry Keyone camera 8MP shooter standard for the flagships now a days.
Blackberry also known for their consistent issues like security updates and software update which they sort it out. It also comes with the standard suit of Blackberry apps like DTEK app and Blackberry Hub.
Battery and Pricing
A 3,505mAh battery unit is featured in the Blackberry Keyone. This is the biggest battery in Blackberry long chain. Don’t worry about the charging also as the phone supports Quick Charge 3.0 along with a “Boost Mode” which speeds the charging.
As far as the price is concerned the Blackberry Keyone will cost the lower price if you consider its specs and functionalities. It will cost you of just $549 will be available in markets from April-17.
